The short version: wait for November. The Coway Mighty, Levoit 600S, and Blueair 211i Max are all sitting near list this week. Last Black Friday they were about $80–$150 cheaper.
The Coway Mighty is the one most people actually buy. Amazon wants $230 for it today. Last November it sat at $143 from the 14th through December 2, then snapped back to $230. That is the whole calendar.
Last year, in one chart
I pulled Amazon’s own sold price on the Mighty, not the third-party buy box. Keepa has six years of it. Here is the last 20 months.
- Typical list: $230
- Black Friday week 2025: $143 (the cut landed 14 Nov and held through the week)
- Black Friday week 2024: $142, same pattern
- Prime Day July 2026: $169, then it bounced
- After Black Friday, the low was $154 in March
- Today: $230
Waiting past Black Friday did not pay. March got you $154. July Prime got you $169. November is the real sale.
Same machine, two years. 2026 has already done the March dip and the July Prime cut. It has not done November yet. That remaining $80–$90 is the Black Friday bet.
The large-room picks
If you have a bigger room, the Levoit Core 600S-P is the current value. $289 today. On 18 Nov 2025 it hit $220. Prime Day in June got it to $250. March had $240. You are about $70 early.
The Blueair 211i Max is the same story at a higher list. $263 now. It hit $200 on Black Friday 2024 and again on 20 Nov 2025. Prime Day June was $206. The floor is about $200. $263 is not it.
The one exception
The smaller Levoit Core 400S-P did keep falling. Black Friday 2025 was $181. May got $152. It is $190 today. If you missed November on that one, waiting paid about $30. I would not count on that for the Mighty or the 600S.
The bigger Coway Airmega 400S is $646 today versus about $510–$558 at the last two Black Fridays. Same wait, more money.
What I would do
- Need a purifier this week? Only if Amazon is already at last year’s floor — $143 Mighty, $220 600S, $200 Blueair. It is not.
- Otherwise wait for mid-November. The cut often shows up a week or two before the official Black Friday week, then snaps back in early December.
- Miss November? March was the backup last year, not Prime Day. July Prime helped the Mighty ($169) and June Prime helped the other two, but November was still cheaper.
